ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT TEAM LEAD
Responsibilities:
- Assist with department coordination, interviewing, developing, motivating, promoting, and retaining staff.
- Set regular meetings with the team about the updates, new processes, and skill improvements.
- Update the team processes and lead the CRM system tasks
- Supervise and coordinate the team members and help with daily tasks
- Lead the process of onboarding the new members of the teams including the creation of the accesses
- Identifies operational issues and suggests possible improvements
- Set the daily/ weekly/ monthly goal and check their closure
- Managing HR tasks
- Collect and analyze the performance of account managers in percentage and report to the direct supervisor
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in iGaming industy
- Experience in team management
- On the-job training
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence and skillful negotiating skills
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
