ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT TEAM LEAD

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with department coordination, interviewing, developing, motivating, promoting, and retaining staff.
  • Set regular meetings with the team about the updates, new processes, and skill improvements.
  • Update the team processes and lead the CRM system tasks
  • Supervise and coordinate the team members and help with daily tasks
  • Lead the process of onboarding the new members of the teams including the creation of the accesses
  • Identifies operational issues and suggests possible improvements
  • Set the daily/ weekly/ monthly goal and check their closure
  • Managing HR tasks
  • Collect and analyze the performance of account managers in percentage and report to the direct supervisor

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in iGaming industy
  • Experience in team management
  • On the-job training
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence and skillful negotiating skills
  • Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
